I'm new to online learning. What can I expect?Many of our students are new to online learning, just like you. Don’t worry, we make it fun AND easy! All you need to get started is Internet access and a valid email address. After you pay your tuition, you will receive a link to our virtual classroom which is hosted by a third-party online learning platorm. The course material is presented using videos and presentations. Take as long as you need to complete each course. You can re-watch each lesson and take our easy learning assessments along the way.

Do I need any prior experience in tax lien or tax deed investing?You do not need any prior experience in the tax sale industry to be successful with our program. Courses are presented in order from basic knowledge to more complex topics. Progress through each topic at your own pace. Expect success!

How long will it take me to complete MASTER CLASS Tax Sale Investing and Servicing?MASTER CLASS Tax Sale Investing and Servicing was originally delivered in-person over two days. We have reworked the content to take approximately eight hours to complete. You can start, stop and continue learning when it is most convenient for you. Take as much time as you need to learn and review each lesson. Take the learning assessments as you go to test your knowledge. When you are ready, take the final exam. You will have three attempts to achieve a passing grade of 70% or greater to pass the final exam.

Will I need to purchase materials like workbooks or reference guides?No. All materials are included in your tuition and are available online within our virtual classroom. You will be able to download the resource materials when you enroll.

I just purchased the course. Can I get started right away?Absolutely! After you pay your tuition, we will send your login information including a temporary password via email. Simply login, change your password and GO!

Can I access NTLA University on my mobile device?Yes. NTLA University is accessible from most smartphones and tablets with internet access. If you can watch YouTube videos on your mobile device, you will be able to watch NTLA University content as well.

Is NTLA University accessible for students who are hearing or sight impaired?NTLA University is delivered using Tovuti, a third-party learning management system. Per the company's website, Tovuti's learner interface and experience is 508 compliant. We have developed NTLA University to fully utilize Tovuti's accessibility features including captions and descriptive audio tracks for videos, image alt and title tags for compatibility with screen readers. You may also contact NTLA Executive Director Brad Westover for questions about accommodations.

What forms of payment do you accept?After you create your account on Tovuti, our learning management system, you will be able to purchase our course offerings using a major credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What will I receive when I create an account and purchase a course?You will receive an email from Tovuti confirming the creation of your free account. When you purchase a course, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and instructions for logging into the course.
